The Report
1. Who is Darkbeast?
He is commonly referred to by various aliases such as: shadowbeast, nightshade, darknight81, darkbeast81, dark skid and a lot among others. Despite being a 15 year old kid, he portrays himself as an adult in his early twenties. However, his real name is Faiz Patel and he lives in Maharashtra, India.
2. What has he done?
His criminal activities encompass a wide array of offenses, including exploiting trial periods without authorization, fabricating counterfeit credit cards, manipulating server providers, circumventing FOSS License regulations, and numerous others.
3. Why am I doing this?
My decision to compile this report stems from my belief in the importance of acquainting individuals with the true nature of the individual in question. He has recently begun disseminating false information about both myself and my organization.
4. Examples?
While there is an extensive list of transgressions, I have only managed to document the following:
- i. Exploitation of server providers such as Hetzner and OVH.
- ii. Unauthorized utilization of software codes.
- iii. Perpetration of fraud against Mr. Piecer's Datalix account.
- iv. Baseless accusations directed towards HolaClient and its personnel.
- v. While additional offenses exist, I have evidence to support only these claims.
My Conclusion
Firstly, it's important to note that he is merely an adolescent who doesn't even appear to be 14 years old. Despite his young age, his involvement in criminal activities surpasses his years, and his purported legal representative steps forward to defend him as though acting in a maternal role. Personally, I bear no grudge against him, but it's worth pondering. Picture defending criminal behavior when you know it cannot be justified legally. His threats of legal action against me seem more comical than serious; I can't help but chuckle whenever I recall them. So, have you gained a clearer understanding of how this individual deceives his users? Oh, I almost forgot to mention his VPS hosting service. It's a purported VM host that peddles VMs on abused servers using Proxmox, Convoy and Paymenter. At this juncture, he's tarnishing the reputations of Proxmox, Convoy and Paymenter, and it baffles me why people continue to patronize his services. Even the Germany VPS plans got removed after Piecer left Klovit, Isn't that concerning? There are plenty of affordable, reliable, and reputable providers worldwide. I vividly recall the incessant barrage of messages he sent me, seeking assistance. It appears he's still soliciting help from others. I understand the need for guidance when learning something new, but I would have gladly assisted him if he had approached me with genuine curiosity about the subject matter. Instead, he opted to develop software in the same industry as mine. Despite this, I continued to aid him until he attempted to belittle me. However, such behavior is unwarranted from someone of his age. I have never sought assistance from anyone regarding programming. The evidence, in the form of screenshots, is provided below.
